The myStreet Mission
Merriam-Webster defines a mission statement as something that states the purpose or goal of a business or organization. And taken at face value, we could not agree more. But in reality, an organization's mission statement is so much more. A well-crafted mission statement should provide a compelling description of an organization’s purpose. It has the power to inspire employees and define communal goals while setting the company apart from competitors.
For many years, myStreet’s mission was simple and to the point. In an industry that supports owners and their community, ensuring that every owner Loves Where They Live was an appropriate mission. And while this sentiment remains at the core of our organization’s objective, our mission has grown to match who we are today as a company.
