New Owner Onboarding Process
Step One: You’ve Closed!
Congratulations on your new home! We can’t wait to welcome you to the community.
Step Two: Closing Documents
Your closing package is sent to our management team for processing. Please allow up to 21 days for receipt.
Step Three: Documents Received
Once we receive your closing package, we’ll load your information into our management system to ensure your account is set up properly.
Step Four: Welcome Home
A welcome letter with essential association information, including community guidelines and key contacts, will be mailed to you.
Step Five: Help Us Get to Know You
Along with your welcome letter, you’ll receive an owner information form. Please complete and return it to help us serve you better.
Step Six: Get Acquainted
Take some time to review your association’s governing documents and guidelines to familiarize yourself with community rules and benefits.

Step Eight: Get Involved
